25,000m² Roof Refurbishment at Waitrose Distribution Centre

We’re proud to share the successful completion of a 25,000 square metre metal roof refurbishment at the Waitrose Distribution Centre in Bracknell, carried out using the DriSilane ReCovery specification.

This extensive project was undertaken to address the ageing roof system while avoiding the disruption and cost of a full replacement. The DriSilane ReCovery solution offered the ideal balance—extending roof life, enhancing waterproofing integrity, and improving thermal performance.

Our process included detailed cleaning, priming, and full encapsulation of all fixings and seams. This specification ensures long-term protection against water ingress, corrosion, and UV exposure—critical for a high-traffic, operational logistics hub like Bracknell.

The project was completed on time, with minimal disruption to site operations, and has significantly enhanced the building’s weatherproofing and energy efficiency.
